He uses it for chastising Washington:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cYou left the Egyptians. You turned your back on the Egyptians, and they won\u2019t forget that,\u201d said an indignant&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/world\/middle_east\/washington-post-interviews-egyptian-gen-abdel-fatah-al-gen-sissi\/2013\/08\/03\/6409e0a2-fbc0-11e2-a369-d1954abcb7e3_story.html\">Gen. Abdel Fatah al-Sissi, speaking of the U.S. government<\/a>. \u201cNow you want to continue turning your backs on Egyptians?\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>So does he want the US to not turn its back and lend support?
