Al-Ahram censors blogs

HRinfo, the Cairo-based cyber-watchdog, published a statement two days ago denouncing Al-Ahram’s recent move to censor blogs on its internet server.

The move, as expected, drew the wrath of Egypt’s bloggers. Blogger and friend Amr Gharbeia is offering some tips for Al-Ahram journalists on how to bypass the filters.
