Layla and Majnun and Yo-Yo Ma

The New York Times has a nice long article about a new production of the classic Azerbaijani opera “Layla and Majnun,” a collaboration between Azerbaijani musicians and the Silk Road Ensemble, Yo-Yo Ma’s “international music collective.”
